ideal location helpful staff fresh options
I enjoyed this hotel's location near many attractions. The staff helped me quickly with all requests. I found the breakfast selection excellent, with fresh options daily.
The spa was smaller than I expected.

The room had good lighting and provided comfort. The bed felt luxurious, a Sultan would envy it. There were complimentary water and coffee available daily.

The hotel provides easy access to public transport. The sixth floor features an amazing restaurant with city views. A cruise is within walking distance, a good option if you want a day trip.

I experienced really good service, from arrival to departure. The staff were always available to help with luggage and directions. Bugra and Diva were particularly helpful and friendly, they elevated my stay.

charming stay with amazing service
eager staff central location tasty food nice touch
the staff were always eager to help. the location was central to many attractions. the included breakfast featured variety and tasty food. i also enjoyed the complimentary coffee and treats in the afternoon. It was a very nice touch.
the bathroom design was a little unusual with the sink located outside of the main bathroom area

mixed feelings about my stay
misleading photos impolite staff
the location was acceptable, placing me near many key attractions.
i did not receive the room i booked. my room was small with the lavatory inside it. photos online are misleading and the staff seemed impolite when i raised concerns about tours, it felt they were only helpful if i was spending more money.
